Started his hospitality career as a Night Auditor in Providence, RI in the late 1980's. Within 18 months, he was General Manager of his first hotel--and the youngest General Manager in the Cendant family of Brands.
During the subsequent 32 years, he has taken active roles in all areas of senior hotel operations including over 20 years as a Hotel General Manager in both full and focused-service hotels. He has developed unique strategies in revenue generation at the Regional and VP levels for independent owners, brand management, third-party management and Asset Managers. Bob has guest lectured at Penn State's prestigious Hotel Program as well as hotel student mentoring through two Community College programs in the Philadelphia area.
He is well-known for his hotel repositioning skills, creative revenue growth strategies and significant hotel EBITDA improvements.
